What does it cost me?

Signing up is free and receiving job requests is free. On completed jobs the platform takes a small fee, which is shown to you before you accept. Some crafts run on a monthly plan instead, with a free trial first.

How do I know the customer will pay?

When a customer pays through the app, the money is held before you start and released when the work is confirmed. For cash jobs you collect directly, the same as you do now.

Do I have to accept every job?

No. You see the location and price first and you can decline. Declining costs you nothing. Accepting and then abandoning a customer does affect your reliability score, which affects how often you are offered work.

Why do you need my photo and ID?

Customers are letting a stranger into their home. Verification is the reason they are willing to. Your photo must be a live picture of your own face — not a logo, a screenshot or someone else's picture.

Will I get jobs immediately?

Honestly, that depends on how many customers are near you. We are building Uyo area by area, so being early in your neighbourhood means you see the requests there first.

Does it use a lot of data?

Very little. The app is designed for mobile data and keeps working when the network drops, catching up when it returns.
