DailyPay — Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your DailyPay account and the personal data associated with it. DailyPay is operated by Dekon Industries Limited.

Delete from within the app

1. Open the DailyPay app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → “Delete account.”
3. Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out.

Delete by request

Alternatively, email ofonime2007@gmail.com from the email address or phone number registered to your account, with the subject ”Delete my account.” We action verified requests within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your name, phone number, email address, profile photo, saved addresses, and — for dispatch riders/artisans — your NIN/BVN and verification documents are permanently erased. Your login credentials, sessions, and push‑notification devices are revoked.

What is kept

Anonymised transaction and financial records (with all personal identifiers removed) are retained only as long as required by applicable Nigerian financial, tax, and anti‑fraud law, after which they are deleted.
